MGR I MOLDING Job Country Philippines Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Task Force Leader in Injection Molding Manufacturing to support and stabilize operations at our manufacturing site in the Philippines. The assignment focuses on improving production performance, strengthening process control, and supporting the local team in achieving operational targets. The Task Force Leader will work closely with the site leadership, engineering, and production teams to identify improvement opportunities, resolve technical issues, and implement sustainable process optimizations. Key Responsibilities • Provide on-site leadership and technical expertise for lean injection molding operations. • Support stabilization and performance improvement of molding processes and production lines. • Troubleshoot process issues related to molding parameters, tooling, materials, and equipment. • Drive improvements in OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time, and process stability. • Support the implementation of best practices in injection molding and process control. • Coach and develop the local engineering and production teams. • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. • Ensure sustainable process improvements and knowledge transfer to the local team.
