Job Overview Analyzes and develops logistics plans to control the movement of commodities from storage to distribution and to ensure the smooth running of operations. Job Requirements Main Target Summary Logistics manager focusing on data analysis, process improvement team management and stakeholder management to meet annual global freight management goal. Tasks Summary & Responsibilities • Lead a team to meet global freight goals including freight per sales, freight invoice data quality, process efficiency and productivity projects in a global organization. • Collaborate with key stakeholders proactively. Understand their business requirements and focus. Define the plan and action to further support key stakeholders' requirements. • Employee engagement and talent development Requirements for a typical Job Holder / Applicant (not the actual incumbent at TE) • Bachelor's Degree or above • 10 years' relevant experience in freight management, supply chain cost management. People management experience is must. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in global organization • Excellent English communication skill • SAP and freight analysis experience preferred.
