Job Overview Supports logistics activities and procedures to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and cost saving. Job Requirements Deploy the regional strategy for transportation compatible with the GLOG & Business strategies. Execution Set up and follow up with carriers KPIs, Dashboard & action trackers. Daily tracking: Operations and cost including the OTD. Establish and maintain weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reportings & Reviews with Carriers including North Africa team's members. Establish a weekly follow up with Business for new Lanes creation for new businesses. Establish a weekly follow up with Business for new & ongoing projects. Analyse the existing flows/modes and seek for optimization opportunities. Manage & Control Transportation Costs, Forecast & KPI's processes for North Africa operations in collaboration with GLOG & Business partners. Manage in coordination with Logistics Quality the LPM's and Transportation damages. Close cooperation with Trade Compliance team in North Africa. Ensure the right setups for our flow in SAP. Close cooperation with Freight Audit Payment team.
