An Analyst, Transportation is responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to each of the carriers. Make time analysis, KPIs management, BI's reporting directly to the customer and the internal team. What your day-to-day will look like: Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries. Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule. Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation. Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system. Communicate any problems with customers or vendors. Support members of the equipment administration team and operations personnel. Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely manner Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed Perform other job-related duties assigned Multi-account management What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you'll need: · Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work. · 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation · English Proficiency (conversations) In this role, you'll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
