Ingeniero/a de Soporte en Campo – Monterrey y alrededores Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Soporte Técnico en Campo para brindar atención presencial a clientes en Monterrey y en los diferentes municipios del estado de Nuevo León . Es importante contar con facilidad de movilidad (con auto o moto propia), ya que se realizarán visitas en campo en distintas ubicaciones. Brindar soporte técnico para el diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de equipos, principalmente servidores físicos, equipos de cómputo, laptops, etc. La atención es con base a la herramienta de seguimiento de tickets. Dar seguimiento a incidencias y escalamientos hasta su resolución. Mantener un alto nivel de profesionalismo en su actitud, presentación y trato con el cliente. Cumplir con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) establecidos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente en cada interacción. You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachillerato concluido (certificado - título). Deseable : Carrera Técnica / Ingeniería trunca o concluida. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico en campo o en roles similares. Licencia de conducir vigente y automóvil/moto propio (viáticos cubiertos según la política de viajes). Actitud de servicio al cliente/usuario. Conocimiento en manejo de Troubleshooting software y hardware. Conocimiento en servidores físicos.
