Job Requirements Overseeing maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, and performance management to ensure measurable goals, goal satisfaction, and effective staff performance management. Supervising and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency through Kaizen, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Overseeing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime. Developing and publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to correctly utilize and maintain facilities throughout the unit. What your background should look like Especialista en PLC: Profesional con experiencia en automatización industrial y sistemas de control, responsable de programar, diagnosticar y optimizar equipos automatizados para asegurar la continuidad operativa de la planta.
