Job Overview The HR Partner II ensures a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding. The role manages employee data, coordinates learning and development programs, supports engagement activities, and partners with managers to build workforce capability and uphold company culture and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Probation Management Manage end‑to‑end onboarding: document collection, HRIS setup, system access, and cross‑functional coordination. Conduct orientations and guide new hires on policies, benefits, and expectations. Track onboarding tasks and ensure mandatory training completion. Monitor probation timelines, drive evaluation completion, and manage documentation. Support development of onboarding materials. Offboarding & Exit Management Facilitate full offboarding: notice process, payroll coordination, documentation. Conduct exit interviews and develop turnover insights. Ensure asset return and system access revocation. Maintain complete exit records for reporting and audits. Employee Engagement & Well‑being Lead engagement initiatives that build morale, inclusion, and workplace satisfaction. Coordinate the Every Voice Count survey and corrective actions.
