Job Overview The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) III supports HRBP Manager - Global Operations by providing strong execution and operational HR support to the Digital Data Networks (DDN) Central Operations teams, including Integrated Supply Chain (Supply Chain, Procurement & PBL), Footprint, EHS and Sustainability, as well as selected DDN OPS transformation projects. This role supports the development and execution of a broad range of HR activities, including organizational and talent development, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and culture readiness. The position partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective implementation of HR initiatives across Central Operations and regions. The role also supports function-led transformation and PMO‑related activities by contributing to tracking, reporting, and operational execution of HR deliverables. This position offers an opportunity to build HRBP fundamentals in a global operations environment, with exposure to cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration.
