Start of the Finance Development Program is in September 2026. Your Main Mission You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate function. During the two-year program, you will undergo four partly remote rotations each six months, such as Internal Audit, Plant Controlling, FP&A or Project Controlling, in an international environment in EMEA, offering you a fast track into the Finance world at TE Connectivity. As part of our commitment to develop young and talented employees, you will be offered formal and informal trainings to enhance your business and soft skills. A senior leader will support you in steering your career path as your mentor.
