Why you should join: TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports. Job Requirements TEOA & Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Coordinate projects aimed at process improvement and cost reduction Serve as the liaison between the regional TEOA team and TE Romania for process standardization Provide coaching and training in Lean methodologies (5S, Standard Work, VSM, etc.) Develop, track, and report on progress of the Continuous Improvement Plan and operational savings Report monthly on TEOA KPIs and update local and corporate management Organize and support Kaizen events; submit documentation for internal competitions Coordinate and support digitalization initiatives across the organization Compliance & Safety: Adhere to Romanian health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as TE internal procedures Report incidents, accidents, or non-compliances promptly to responsible personnel Operate machinery according to work instructions and safety standards Ensure proper use of chemicals, waste segregation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) Keep escape routes and fire safety equipment unobstructed at
