Why This Role Matters As a TaaS Control Tower Analyst with French, you help keep Goodyear's connected fleets running smoothly. By monitoring alerts, coordinating services, and supporting daily operations, you ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and a strong customer experience. What You'll Do Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows in the GMC platform. Communicate with fleets and service partners to confirm actions. Approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy. Coordinate vehicle availability for scheduled services. Follow up on delayed or incomplete jobs. Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance with internal/external teams. Provide basic technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree. Experience in customer support, call centers, or other client-facing environments. Strong organization, prioritization, and workflow management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ticketing or workflow tools. Experience in planning, scheduling, transportation, or technical environments.
