About the Role: We're looking for a Demand Generation Senior Specialist to help Tamara unlock and scale new acquisition channels. This role focuses on experimentation, acquisition programs, and field-driven initiatives that generate high-quality inbound pipelines. You will work closely with Content, CRM, Performance, and Commercial teams to design and execute scalable acquisition loops. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in experimentation, moves fast, and can turn early ideas into repeatable demand engines. Your responsibilities: - Design and scale new acquisition engines that create repeatable, high-quality inbound pipeline. - Build and grow acquisition programs such as affiliate-style distribution, community-led demand, and referral-driven loops. - Design and run structured experiments across acquisition, funnel entry, and early conversion. - Maintain an experimentation roadmap using a hypothesis, test, learn, scale framework. - Execute local activations, pop-ups, and merchant collaboration
