The Challenge We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented People Operations Partner to join our EMEA People Operations team. This role focuses primarily on the Spanish market, with secondary, supporting coverage for France. This role plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations, owning employee lifecycle activities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to continuously improve processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-driven, confident in navigating ambiguity, and passionate about creating excellent employee experiences. What You'll Take On Own and manage end-to-end hire-to-retire employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other job changes. Support and guide People Operations Coordinators in resolving complex HR cases, while owning and managing Tier 2 HR tickets in ServiceNow (ServiceNow) to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
