In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) Tech 2 Dallas, TX, Dallas, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is seeking an experienced IPQA Tech 2 to join our Module Quality Assurance team. Operating with a higher degree of independence on our advanced manufacturing floor, you will ensure that all in-process quality control measures are strictly adhered to across automated production lines. In addition to conducting routine line audits and identifying material defects, you will own daily laboratory sampling, manage tool and gauge calibrations, and utilize data analysis to track quality trends. This role also serves as a critical peer leader responsible for training and developing Level 1 quality technicians.
