Staff Electrical Engineer Austin, TX, Austin, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in managing and executing the electrical utilities scope for our large-scale manufacturing facility. You will oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of electrical distribution systems, substations, and supporting infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and utility providers (e.g., ONCOR).
