Senior Sourcing Specialist Austin, TX, Austin, Texas, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to help scale recruiting across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing functions. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping close high-quality talent across technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate gas experience recruiting for complex industrial manufacturing organizations and knows how to find talent in competitive markets. This role requires someone who moves quickly, operates with urgency, and is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do - Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to support hiring across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing functions. - Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates across technical and industrial talent markets. - Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality. - Conduct outreach, initial candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development across a variety of roles and levels.
