Manager, Quality Rockdale, TX, Rockdale, TX, United States T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Quality Manager to build and lead the quality management function at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned quality professional who has owned quality systems, led audits, and driven continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment, and who holds the certifications to prove it. You know IEC and ISO standards inside out. You've built quality programs that actually work, and you've held the line on product integrity even when production pressure was pushing the other way. At T1, you'll do it again, and you'll help build a quality culture from the ground up at G2.
