Please note, the ideal candidate for this role will be located in the Northeast. The Role: Syndax Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Boomi Developer to design, build, and support integrations across our enterprise application ecosystem. This role is primarily focused on Boomi AtomSphere development, including integration workflows and Master Data Hub (MDH), while also supporting and enhancing critical employee lifecycle integrations (onboarding and offboarding). The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small biotech environment. This individual will take ownership across multiple areas, quickly learn new systems, and contribute beyond their core expertise. Experience with the Boomi platform and enterprise applications is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale integration capabilities in a growing commercial-stage biotechnology organization, enabling efficient and reliable data flow across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere - Build and support data synchronization and governance processes within Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) - Own the full integration lifecycle, including: - Requirements gathering - Solution design and development - Testing and deployment - Monitoring and support - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, termination)
