The Sr. Warehouse Worker receives and ships Supermicro products and coordinates shipment transfers to internal departments and customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 倉管組 (日班) 1. 收貨、分揀與倉儲：確保廠商進貨已依照公司要求進行標示與並確認其正確性，繼而進行後續儲存與管理作業，以保證庫存之準確性與效率。 2. 庫存管理：正確且及時完成物料入庫作業與儲位更新、確保進出庫紀錄正確並無遺漏，以供主管決策與分析。 3. 出貨備料：依訂單內容、運輸方式、先進先出原則等完成貨物備料，並操作系統、安排運輸車輛與進行貨物放行，及時完成出貨作業。 4. 作業安全：熟練且安全的操作堆高機、手動/電動拖板車與梯車等機具以搬運貨物與上下架作業；正確的辨別貨物堆疊規範；維持工作環境清潔與整齊。 5. 3PL倉庫進出管理與協作：依需求安排廠商貨物直進3PL倉庫，或執行移倉作業，以及相關帳務管理與運輸安排。 6. 其他：依據工作需求完成各項工作任務，如：庫存盤點、貨物包裝、定期設備點檢、環境清潔等。 運輸組 (日班/中班 ) 1. 依據需求操作電動拖板車，協助各TEAM將貨物運送至指定地點進行後續作業。 2. 日班人員： 上班時間08:30~17:30(含上午/下午休息、午餐時段)；每日工時8小時。 中班人員： 上班時間14:30~23:40(含下午/晚間休息、晚餐時段)；每日工時8小時。 Qualifications:
