Job Summary: Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a Test & Rework technician who is responsible for incoming quality control of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products. Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades. Perform testing of motherboards, backplanes, and AOCs. Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team. Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
