Sr. Manager, Technological Production Country Taiwan | City Bade Job Req ID: 28150 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Understand SMT/DIP process technology and possess the ability to set up thermal profiling. 2. Prepare for MP product production, with knowledge and capability in: SMT stencil, fixtures, carriers, standard operating procedures (SOP) parameters for each station, DFM knowledge, and review ability. 3. NPI transfer to MP products/process review. 4. Analyze production issues and improve quality, handle customer complaints with 8D reports, defect analysis, and provide effective solutions. 5. Improve production quality and efficiency while reducing production costs. 6. Establish production process flow and optimize production processes. 7. Communicate and coordinate across departments 8. Design DOE test for optimizing PCBA design. 9. Review and manage CM line balance. Qualifications: 1. Education and/or Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred. 2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin. 3. Good knowledge of SMT/DIP/Assembly process and equipment. 4. Good knowledge of IPC-A-610, SPC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 5. With 5+ years in leadership roles.
