Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability and pricing Assist the sales team with data entry tasks as well as backup for other sales support team members when needed Work cross-functionally with production, account and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedule and to expedite and pending repair orders Help process orders, expedite orders, assist with RMA's Qualifi
