Job Summary: Supermicro is seeking a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer who can lead the product design, review, and validation of server power supply and related products. The ideal engineer will not just lead a team, but will be a hands-on, and shall have 5+ years ITE server power supply design experiences, cover PFC, flyback, LLC, phase shift, power sharing, OringFET applications in mass production with records. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist product managers as needed in product design and development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop high power/efficiency power conversion products (1Φ&3Φ AC-DC / DC-DC). Perform topology selection, simulation, and optimization (PFC, LLC, synchronous rectification, etc.). Conduct circuit validation, efficiency testing, safety compliance, and failure analysis.
