Director, Software Product Management Country Taiwan | City Chungho Job Req ID: 28970 Job Summary: The potential candidate will be responsible for promoting Management Software Products, accelerate revenue generation and work with development and testing teams to produce high quality remote management features. This position requires working knowledge on Server Hardware, firmware, Monitoring Software Tools, analytical thinking, business acumen, Leadership, Program Management teamwork, attention to details, and creativity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of Supermicro's Cloud and AI Software Solutions strategy. Architect and optimize cloud-native AI infrastructure for LLM training, inference, and AI application hosting. Provide technical leadership for Systems Management, Orchestration and AI Cloud customers in multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-prem AI solutions. Engage with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, VMware, OpenAI, Hugging Face ) to enhance software integration. Develop and implement AI workload orchestration, automation, and cloud-native model serving strategies. Define and optimize performance, networking, and storage solutions for AI workloads. Represent Supermicro at customer briefings, conferences, and industry events to position our AI Cloud offerings. Qualifications: 17+ years of experience in cloud computing, AI software solutions, and enterprise IT architecture.
