Job Summary: The Data Center Cabling Specialist will act as the factory and on-site coordinator for cabling/data installation projects. The Cabling Specialist task will be to ensure job completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining the efficiency of the staff assigned to the project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead team(s) of technicians and installers at the factory and on-site, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Typically in capacity of site lead for small to large projects Will consistently run major project crews; assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training; assume responsibility for adherence to Company and customer safety and quality guidelines and hold
