We're looking for a PMT - Release Engineering to join our Platform Reliability area. This is an opportunity to own the product vision and strategy for the tooling, platforms, and practices that keep Super reliable whilst dramatically improving developer productivity. You'll work at the intersection of observability, incident management, and developer experience - making Super Technologies engineers your primary customer so they can spend more time shipping value and less time firefighting. The PMT - Release Engineering role is characterised by a strategic blend of product vision and technical expertise. This individual is responsible for driving product development from conception through launch and beyond. The PMT leverages data-driven insights to define product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. They collaborate closely with engineering teams, translating customer needs into detailed technical requirements and specifications. A critical aspect of this role involves fostering cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and influencing without direct authority.
