Leader, Solutions Engineer Amsterdam, Netherlands Meet The Team You will be managing and leading a team of Account Solutions Engineers, covering CGEM and large enterprise accounts as well as Critical National Infrastructure accounts. This team is driving the translation of customer business priorities towards Cisco architectural solutions, as well as defining the X-architectural Technical Strategy at those accounts for the coming years. Your Impact Leads solutions engineering team to align Cisco architectures with customer needs, driving optimal outcomes for customers through sustained team and individual performance. Tansforms strategic goals into actionable sales initiatives and ensures successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives. Builds and sustains strong, long-term and strategic relationships with customers and partners, and engages with their high-level stakeholders such as CXOs, Directors, and key IT decision makers. Manages high-stakes technical client engagements, forging partnerships on complex, large-scale solutions Facilitates cross-architecture/business unit (e.g., (e.g., Engineering, CX, partners, and marketing) collaboration to ensure client-focused solutions, continued growth / demand generation, and technological evolution of Cisco's architectures Emphasizes market expansion and revenue opportunities, aligning with the corporate vision to drive growth and Cisco's market leadership. Leads the team towards alignment with the sales teams to drive a technical sales strategy with account planning, streamlining processes and improving sales cycle Manages and coaches the team towards personal development, sustainable quota achievement and develop team's leadership capabilities Minimum Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's degree (12+ years experience) or Master's (8+ years), or PhD (5+ years).
