The Business Enterprise Architect is a senior leadership role within the Transformation team, responsible for establishing and leading the Business Enterprise Architecture capability at Super. This position connects business strategy, operating model, and technology investments across the enterprise, acting as a strategic integrator to ensure the organisation evolves in a coherent, scalable, and business-aligned way. Operating at a strategic level, the role works across business and technology leadership to shape how the organisation delivers value, drives transformation, and adopts emerging capabilities including digital and AI. What the role involves Enterprise Architecture Leadership Define and lead the business architecture practice, aligned to business strategy and technology roadmap. Build and maintain enterprise-level models of business capabilities, processes, value streams, and data capabilities, connecting these with organisational design. Partner with the Technical/Solution Enterprise Architect, Head of Automation/AI, and Data leads to establish guardrails and frameworks that keep business and technology decisions consistent and future-proof.
