Trade Marketing Intelligence Analyst Intern London, England, United Kingdom About the team SumUp's Retail Click & Mortar team is responsible for a significant share of European acquisition, operating across 17 EU markets with a large field operation completing thousands of in-store compliance audits every month. The Trade Marketing function sits at the heart of this - connecting field execution data to commercial decision-making. We've recently centralised our data capture and analytics platforms, which means we now have access to a wealth of live retail data. The challenge - and the opportunity - is turning that data into clear, consistent insights that help us act faster and invest smarter. That's exactly what this role is here to do. What you'll do - Monitor and validate data coming from store audits across 17 EU markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our reporting inputs - Manage regular trade marketing reports and dashboards, supporting monthly planning cycles with up-to-date, reliable data - Produce ad hoc analyses on request, helping the team understand what's driving in-store performance across key metrics like product rotation, display compliance, and cost effectiveness - Identify performance gaps and best practices across markets, channels, and store formats, and present findings in a clear, actionable way - Support the team in
