In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships. What you'll do - Support new merchants during onboarding, guiding them through setup and activation of SumUp products (Card Readers, POS Lite/Plus/Pro, Kiosk) - Drive early product adoption by assisting with key activation steps, training sessions, and first transaction goals - Monitor merchant activity, proactively reaching out to inactive users to offer support and boost engagement - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of onboarding experience - Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating complex cases and covering the inbound support line as needed What we're looking for - Fluent in French and English (C1 or C2) - A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset - An outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers - Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment -
