As a Junior Activation & Upsell Specialist (Junior Early Growth Specialist), you are the critical link between a new merchant signing up and becoming a thriving member of the SumUp ecosystem. This is a dynamic role where you will act as a partner to small business owners, ensuring they have the right tools-from card readers to our Business Account-to succeed from day one. You will sit at the intersection of Onboarding, Activation, and Sales, focusing on driving product adoption and identifying growth opportunities within our newly acquired merchant base. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who is motivated by targets and eager to launch a career in Fintech.
