About this role

Data Analyst - CoreOps Santiago, Chile SumUp is on a mission to empower small businesses worldwide with simple and affordable tools. Today, more than 4 million businesses across 37 markets rely on SumUp to manage payments, finances, and customer relationships. With a team of over 4,000 people from more than 90 nationalities, SumUp is built on global collaboration, inclusivity, and a continuous learning culture. They're committed to creating an environment where everyone belongs, feels supported, and can grow - no matter how they identify. Team description The CoreOPS team is the operational backbone behind SumUp's product ecosystem in Latin America, made up of three focused cells: Payments, Non-Payments, and Enablement. This role sits at the heart of the Non-Payments cell, where products like the SumUp Business Account, collections/subscriptions, and electronic invoicing (DTE) are growing fast and need a dedicated owner to make sure they run reliably and improve continuously. If you're energised by complex operational challenges and want to see the direct impact of your work on merchants and product teams, this is a role with real scope and meaningful ownership. What you'll do - Design and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards across Non-Payments products (Business Account, subscriptions/collections, and electronic invoicing/DTE), ensuring clear visibility of product health across Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico - Define minimum operational standards (SLOs, SLAs, error thresholds) together with product owners, track performance against them, and coordinate corrective actions when deviations arise - Own key operational routines such as reconciliations, exception handling, and periodic checks,
