Full Stack Software Engineer - Enterprise New York | Hybrid | Remote Substack is building a new economic engine for culture, giving the brightest, most interesting, and most creative people on the internet the power of their own publishing platform. It empowers creators with economic autonomy, creative ownership, and a direct connection to their most engaged audiences. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise team. You'll be responsible for building and supporting features that empower the world's most ambitious media founders to build on Substack. As a member of our Enterprise team, you'll work in close partnership with designers, product thinkers, and customers to build new mobile offerings and improve critical user journeys. You'll be on the front-lines of product development, running experiments and iterating rapidly to grow our platform and create what's next for Substack! Responsibilities - Build features across Substack to support user activation and conversion. - Iterate on key user flows in Substack, and run A/B tests to improve activation metrics and drive growth. - Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, and many others.
