Job Summary The National Sales Consultant, Finals & Deal Strategy supports the retirement plan sales organization by executing finalist meeting preparation, deal specific strategy development , deal team coaching , high-quality web-based technology demonstrations, and other established best practices for opportunities in the $10M + market segment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent, professional finalist experiences that drive advancement and close ratios across mid-large-market opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role works in close alignment with the National Sales Director (Finals & Deal Strategy). The National Sales Consultant partners closely with sales, service, marketing, and RFP teams to deliver polished finalist materials, market-leading sales experiences, confident demonstrations, and a disciplined execution of the Sales Playbook. Candidates located in the Central or West Coast regions are preferred but not required, due to frequent travel supporting the Western region. Ability to work
