About The Role: As a Director, Strategy & E-commerce Insights , you will be responsible for leading a SaaS-fueled Professional Services team delivering data-driven e-commerce insights and hands-on digital advertising management across several retail media networks (RMNs). This is a hybrid role (4 days/week in office) in our Downtown Seattle location. Summary: - Lead - Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, lead professional services project execution and drive teams to deliver results - Coach - Ability to manage and develop teams, establish clear priorities, and mentor team member growth - Operate - Demonstrated experience delivering services-related contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, achieving workflow efficiencies, and managing a P&L - Grow - Ability to identify whitespace opportunities within Stackline's services offering and clients' scopes of work, lead contract renewals and upsells, and actively participate in RFPs for
