About the Role As a Customer Success Engineer at Sprig, you will help customers successfully deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and scale Sprig across their organizations. You'll partner directly with product teams, researchers and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and ensure customers maximize the value of our platform. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
