Position Objective The Trainer independently delivers the standardized Onboarding CX Core Curriculum and executes ILT sessions during New Hire Onboarding as directed by Enablement Partners. This role facilitates structured learning experiences, tracks trainee performance, and contributes to ongoing training delivery with consistency and quality. Responsibilities Onboarding & Training Execution - Independently facilitates the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new hires. - Deliver ILT sessions during Weeks 2-4 as deployed by Enablement Partners, covering role-based and operational content. - Facilitate hands-on exercises, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities. - Track trainee progress, milestones, and provide structured performance
