Podcast Manager, India Mumbai Spotify's Podcast team in India is focused on growing and evolving one of the world's most dynamic creator ecosystems. We work closely with creators, podcast networks, agencies, and internal global teams to shape how podcast and video creators grow their audiences and build sustainable communities on Spotify. This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, culture, content strategy, and audience growth. Spotify's Podcast team in India is focused on growing and evolving one of the world's most dynamic creator ecosystems. We work closely with creators, podcast networks, agencies, and internal global teams to shape how podcast and video creators grow their audiences and build sustainable communities on Spotify. This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, culture, content strategy, and audience growth. What You'll Do - Drive strategies and execution plans to onboard and grow podcast and video creators on Spotify India - Build strong relationships with creators, podcast networks, media partners, and agencies to support long-term ecosystem growth - Lead creator outreach initiatives and manage day-to-day communications with creators and partners - Identify high-potential creators and emerging voices across genres, regions, and formats in India - Explore and execute growth opportunities through platform campaigns, marketing moments, live experiences, and social activations - Partner cross-functionally with teams across marketing, analytics, editorial, and global podcast operations to support business priorities - Develop scalable approaches to creator engagement, creator education, and operational excellence - Monitor trends across podcasting, video formats, entertainment, and pop culture to inform
