You'll collaborate closely with business development, finance, and licensing teams to support innovative deals that expand Spotify's global reach. You'll collaborate closely with business development, finance, and licensing teams to support innovative deals that expand Spotify's global reach. What You'll Do - Partner with Business Development teams to support partnerships that enable Spotify distribution across platforms, devices, and services - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology, AI, hardware, and distribution partnerships - Provide clear, practical legal guidance on complex deal structures, risks, and regulatory considerations Collaborate with cross-functional partners across finance, accounting, and licensing to support agreement execution and implementation - Translate legal concepts into clear guidance that informs business strategy and decision-making - Help improve and scale contract templates, processes, and ways of working to support global growth - Support teams in navigating internal policies, approval processes, and evolving legal frameworks Who You Are - You have a law degree from an accredited
