The VP, Sphere Audio Technology Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership of the operational excellence of one of the world's most advanced audio technology ecosystems spanning multiple venues and entertainment environments. The role sits at the intersection of artistry, technology, and large-scale production, partnering with engineering, product development production, content creators, and venue leadership to continuously elevate the immersive audio experience. This role oversees venue audio technology operations, including immersive audio systems, show design, artist and production support, preventative maintenance and live event execution across a portfolio of venues. The VP serves as the senior leader responsible for ensuring that every performance, event, and guest experience is delivered with exceptional audio quality, reliability, consistency, and operational excellence regardless of venue or event type. This role establishes enterprise-wide audio technology standards, operational frameworks, and performance metrics while ensuring local execution aligns with organizational objectives and world-class guest
