Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars. MANAGER, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD PRODUCTION (STARLINK) SpaceX is developing a low-latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of people around the world. Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink provides fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. To enable our goal of “Connecting the Unconnected,” SpaceX is ramping up production in our printed circuit board manufacturing facility in Bastrop, Texas (Greater Austin), which is the largest printed circuit board production facility in North America. We are looking for a well-rounded leader who is passionate about disciplined operations and capable of taking charge of a broad array of responsibilities required to build a world-class operations team. You will be responsible for growing the production team that will operate and maintain this equipment, establishing the standards by which this team operates, and shepherding the program thru the ramp phase into a disciplined production organization.
