CUSTOMER INTEGRITY & THREAT DETECTION MANAGER (STARLINK) At SpaceX, we are committed to ensuring the service remains a force for good and sustains trust worldwide: both connecting the unconnected and executing thorough processes to detect and prevent misuse by illicit operators. We are looking for an experienced professional to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the service-including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators. This person must strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks - Design and develop solutions to priority risks . O wn their deployment and effectivenes s in concert with a wide range of stakeholders - Represent the team in cross - functional groups and in appropriate areas of expertise - Establish yourself as an expert in 2+ relevant investigative techniques, technologies or abuse prevention strategies - Reactively investigate potential issues such as scams , fraud, and illicit goods and activities - Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations - Execute with consideration for customer privacy, targeting activities of
