CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER (GLOBAL OFFICE) This role is responsible for planning and executing office space refreshes, build-to-suit projects, new facility construction, renovations, and strategic planning of office spaces across the globe. You will support all SpaceX sites without local facilities teams, lead global office opening projects, and work with architects, designers, facilities and maintenance teams, vendors, real estate partners, and internal customers to deliver these initiatives. You will have the opportunity to drive positive change and own projects from start to finish, with the goal of making international and domestic SpaceX offices efficient and impactful, ultimately leading to making life multiplanetary. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee and own the full lifecycle of global office construction projects with on-time and under-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction - Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field and office - Be the overall construction project manager and extreme owner for global office initiatives - Perform project control tasks, including project scheduling and cost control - Interact with contractors, fabricators, architects, real estate team, and internal customers - Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time, adapting to diverse international regulations and environments - Provide budgetary costs
