We're looking for someone who has the fire to prove others wrong Role: Key Responsibilities: - Developing a scalable client operations playbook - Work with our Commercial Engagement Team (consisting of Commercial Engagement Leads, Creative Teams, Medical Teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers) to develop a scalable operations playbook - Monitoring the flow of tasks coming in and out of Solstice to ensure that all non-platform requests are tracked, executed, and delivered to clients. - Coordinate tasks coming in and and out, quantify metrics, and identify bottlenecks to relay to the product team - Organize team meetings across creative, medical,
