About the role We're growing our Dublin engineering hub and hiring a Senior Engineer to be our technical lead in EMEA. You'll own key product areas, set architecture and quality bars, and grow a small local team. You'll sit close to customers; jumping on calls, validating metrics, and shaping what we build based on real conversations. What you'll do - Contribute to technical direction in Dublin: set architecture, reliability, and performance standards; make trade-offs explicit; keep the bar high. - Support other great engineers: support engineers, level them up, and create a high-trust, high-feedback culture. - Work directly with EMEA customers: translate messy, high-leverage problems into shippable work; measure outcomes. - Own critical systems end-to-end: - Data & retrieval pipelines that process thousands of conversations/day (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce). - LLM evaluation/generation flows (prompting, retrieval, safety/guardrails, evals, observability). - Real-time scoring, analytics, and coaching loops that drive measurable CX improvements. - Fast, resilient
