Your Impact Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions of people worldwide. Own architectural decisions within your domain - defining, evolving, and clearly communicating scalable, maintainable designs aligned with broader platform strategy. Break down complex product requirements into clear technical designs and executable work, guiding teams from concept through delivery. Act as a technical leader and role model within the team, setting high standards for code quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence. Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth through pairing, reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing. Partner closely with product managers and designers to influence roadmap decisions, balancing customer value, technical health, and long-term sustainability. Listen to the customer and elevate their experience.
