Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world. The Role SoFi's Loan Servicing team owns the post-loan funding experience for millions of members across SoFi's lending products. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and scale our multi-product servicing platform to meet the needs of our members and business. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, research, data science, design, legal, operations and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to life and ensure they deliver measurable results. You will also drive member engagement, cross-sell, and ultimately increase member lifetime value as SoFi expands its product offerings. This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear direction in evolving spaces, and is equally comfortable defining strategy and driving execution.
