What we offer at Snap-on Start at $21.86 per hour and earn $23.05 per hour within the first 3 months of employment Paid Holidays eligible first day of employment - 9 scheduled holidays per year Paid Vacation eligible after one month of service - up to 40 hours first year Annual safety shoe allowance up to $100 Responsibilities What we do at Snap-on Take pride in a safe, clean, work environment and promote safety every day Practice a robust continuous improvement program to eliminate waste Receive and put-away product from suppliers using RF scanners, pallet jacks and safety knives Ensure orders are packed properly and ready to ship to customers Qualifications What we require to work at Snap-on High school diploma or GED, preferred Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, warehouse environment Able to push and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs. most of your shift Able to frequently lift, push and slide packages typically weighing up to 40 lbs.; team lift required at 50 lbs. Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product, and hold an RF scanner with your hands and wrists most of your shift Able to be on your feet 4 hours per shift Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:00am Team-minded people who believe daily and on-time attendance
