Industrial Business Manager Detroit, MI, US; Indianapolis , IN, US; Cincinnati, OH, US Overview Professionally directs sales and business strategies within specific Industrial Business District. Accountable for achieving profit and revenue goals by managing and leading (8-20+) Industrial Account Manager(s) with the assistance of Industrial Sales Manager(s). Develops and maintains business relationships with strategic customers at all levels of an organization. Drive sales strategy and solutioneering options to Management at key customers and/or down into the organization to tool users and buying groups. Accountable for sales/ marketing strategies and district level supporting business unit goals and delivery of same. Responsible for coaching, leading and developing assigned employees to grow sales at Critical Industry customers. May assist when required in the collection or repossession of product(s) from customer locations. Responsibilities Directs/manages assigned employees to drive districts sales/marketing activities using consultative management strategies to achieve sales targets. Implements and manages sales, marketing and operational strategies to improve Snap-on market share. Accountable for budget goals and resource allocation. Accountable for district's revenue, profit and market share goals. Recruits, staffs, trains, motivates while leading and directing assigned team to maximum performance and achieving assigned sales goals.
