Job Description: Working with limited supervision to support all CAD to FAB R&D development projects for all product types including filters, circulators, isolators and couplers. Working with members of the design team process R&D RF wafers (thick film conductor and resistor deposition, firing, dicing and LASER ablation). Assembly of components such as circulators, isolators, filters (lumped element, SSS and cavity) and couplers. Support the test and qualification lab by performing dynamic and thermal qualification testing for internal and external customers. Provide immediate feedback to stakeholders when product fails or major issues encountered.
